Participants will tap into the intellect (Head), emotion (Heart), and instinct (Gut) to create bold, authentic scenes. Through dynamic exercises and supportive ensemble work, we’ll unlock spontaneous creativity and deepen our connection to character and narrative. Whether you’re new to improv or looking to expand your range, this workshop invites you to listen deeply, respond truthfully, and trust your impulses.
