VRIJHEIDSMAALTIJD: shared dinner & storytelling!

Hey all, we are organizing an event together with lovely folk from Stads–land!

Stads–land is a project for social urban agriculture. It explores ways to contribute to a fairer, healthier, and more local food system in cities—one that benefits people, plants, animals, and the city itself. They do this together with the community: they experiment, taste, research, but most of all, they take action! You can read more on their website: www.stadsland.com.

Freedom is not just about living in a democratic society—it also means having access to healthy food and a strong connection with the community, no matter your financial situation. So we are hosting a ‘freedom meal’!

from 17:00 – walk-in

17:30 – a shared dinner at the dock: together with local chefs we prepare diverse vegetarian dishes made with fresh produce from our Amsterdam-based farmers.

After dinner a storytelling program at 20:00: Mezrab gathers the world’s best storytellers who will share how (local) food connects and liberates us.

Everyone is welcome – the program is free of charge.
