Theatre Workshop

Ever wanted to try out Theater or just had the urge to be a little silly with strangers? This workshop is an open space to play, experiment and get to know the different sides of ourselves and each other. Through improv, movement, voice, emotions and character exercises, you‘ll see what happens when we give us the space to be ridiculous, vulnerable, dramatic, or simply someone else for a moment.

This is for beginners or people that want to get back to the basics. Talent is absolutely not a requirement, there is no pressure, and please feel free to be really bad at everything you do.

We are trying to create more third spaces where people can meet, express themselves, be vulnerable with each other and simply exist together. Help us create that space and join on the 29th of October!

NieuwLand is wheelchair accessible but the toilets are not. The nearest public spaces with larger toilets are Wereld Museum Amsterdam (open Tuesday-Saturday 10-17) and hotel The Manor (open 24/7)
