The return of fascism: How can we organize against the far right? (Discussion meeting)

Far-right parties and organizations in Europe are seeing a surge in support, especially since the Eurozone crisis in 2009. Despite their different national interests, these reactionary groups have found ways to collaborate and learn from each other across borders. In many ways, today’s trends echo the fascist uprising of the 1920s and 1930s, with fascist groups attacking refugee centers, LGBTQ+ communities, and political opponents.

Are we seeing a return of classical fascism?

To know what we’re fighting, we must understand fascism and other reactionary movements; how they emerge, how they succeed, and how they can be defeated.

Join Internationale Socialisten Amsterdam for an introduction to fascism and antifascism, followed by an open discussion.
