Six60

The New Zealand band Six60 create summery pop songs with elements of folk and R&B, adding a twist inspired by their Kiwi roots through the use of instruments from Maori culture. This intriguing mix is beautifully complemented by the wonderful soulful voice of singer Matiu Walters. Hugely popular in their home country, a move overseas is now only natural, and we’ll be welcoming Six60 to our Max this autumn!

From humble beginnings in a student flat in Dunedin to becoming the best-selling live band in New Zealand’s history: SIX60’s journey can only be described as extraordinary. With the recent completion of yet another studio album – their fifth – SIX60 continue to evolve whilst remaining true to their roots. This summer, the lads are returning to our stage!
