International Art Talent Festival

International Art Talent Festival

Felix Meritis opens its doors for an evening of art, performance, and conversation. As part of the International Art Talent Festival, fifteen artists present their work, stories, and creative journeys.

These artists form the 2025 cohort of the 3Package Deal, a programme by the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK) and Bureau Broedplaatsen of the City of Amsterdam. Join us on November 20 at Felix Meritis – and get inspired, surprised, and moved by their works.

Fifteen artists, one shared journey

The 3Package Deal brings together fifteen artists working across a wide range of disciplines. This talent development programme by AFK and Bureau Broedplaatsen, now in its twelfth edition, provides each artist with one year of dedicated support: affordable living and working space, a €25,000 development budget, personal coaching, and access to Amsterdam’s leading cultural organisations and their networks.

Each artist is guided by a coalition of cultural institutions across the city, forming a unique constellation of mentorship and collaboration. Through this, they are given the opportunity to deepen their practice, develop new work, or conduct research throughout 2025.

The 2025 participants come from a wide range of backgrounds — from Thailand to Syria, from Martinique to Iran – bringing together perspectives that are as diverse as they are urgent. Their media are just as diverse, ranging from cabaret and theatre to visual art and fashion.

Investing in talent

Each year, fifteen coalitions composed of Amsterdam art institutions select a new generation of artists to receive the 3Package Deal. Selections are based on artistic expression and on the depth of their research. For one year, these coalitions mentor the selected artists, offering guidance, knowledge, and access to their stages, studios, and communities – helping them turn vision into presence.
