Dinner at Café Gilde feat. Danny the Dog

God, what a beautiful stink! The stink of a stomach laden with nutrition, its lucre emanating as methane from a bog of riches!

Unlike the pretentious description here, the dinner will be humble, satisfying, and above all delicious. What the dish consists of exactly remains to be decided, so if you're allergic to anything and planning to join us, please get in touch in advance to let us know.

This will be the inaugural dinner of one of the café's newest members, Daniel "Danny the Dog" Chaidos. Daniel has cooked at Michelin star restaurants across Europe after finishing his culinary education at Thessaloniki and is ready to bring it back down to earth at the guild.

We're asking for a minimum donation of €12 for a single course plus a few bits beforehand to keep your mouth busy (a swankier place would call that an amuse bouche).

Feel free to come along without ordering dinner - we always have drinks and nibbles on offer!
