Concentrated Motion: Phantom Wizard live

Wind down your ADE week at Melkweg Expo with a live set by Phantom Wizard amidst Bodil Ouédraogo's 'Concentrated Motion' exhibition. The show, curated by Anne Lakeman, is structured around three chapters: Porte la Richesse (2018-2020), To Blend, Together (2021) and Framed Intimacy (2023-present). The works make space to experience an alternative reality, a different rhythm. Multiple elements of self-presentation and identity coexist in layers, questioning and reinforcing each other. Within this layered space, “bodies” explore how they move, position, pause and present themselves. The combination of image, sculpture, textile and soundscape transforms the space into a living installation in which presence, representation and space-taking are central. This exhibition is supported by Mondriaan Fund and Amsterdam Fund for the Arts.
