Chaos kitchen Voku for Amsterdam Bangs

Amsterdam Bangs is an autonomous theater and performance festival that will take place for its third year in a row all over Amsterdam on 1-4 of October 2026. Bangs is non-hierarchically- and self-organised: anyone can propose a show, create a workshop or performance, wherever they want. The past editions of Bangs hosted drag shows, poetry readings, street interventions, a raging bingo, chickens escaping from Albert Heijn, etc. So keep your eyes out for what will happen this year!

The whole festival is one big benefit. Donation are collected after each show and sent to a social cause. For example, last year Bangs collected almost €6000 that was donated to a mutual aid fund in Palestine and a community project in Kashmir.
