The December days, do they bring you flow, joy and relaxation? Or also extra stimuli and stress and worrying? 🙂

You are very welcome at the two and a half hour connected breathing session at De Ceuvel. After about half an hour of bodywork and meditation we start with connected breathing at your own pace. For around 50 minutes you breathe fully in and relaxed out through your mouth.

Where your breath gets stuck I will gently invite you to create space again. This allows stuck energy to start flowing again. By breathing consciously and in a connected way, the body gets room to release stored emotions, tension and old patterns. It creates more flow. Through our breath, sound and subtle movement, stuck energy can gently be released. Your stress level goes down, which brings you closer to yourself, with more love, vitality and presence. A conscious connected breathing session is different every time. Curious to discover it, or to experience it again?

About Gabriela Hengevel

Gabriela is a Breathwork coach and documentary portrait photographer from Amsterdam. She brings the observing role from photography into her guidance of both group sessions and one on one breath sessions.

As a participant you can trust that your breathing pattern will be seen and acknowledged and that you will be invited in the places where you have been absent. With gentle attention she creates safe spaces in which you can explore, feel and come home to your own body.
