The Dharm Chain (AUS/DE)
Originally from Byron Bay, Australia, The Dharma Chain is a psychedelic rock band formed in 2020. Blending shoegaze, post-punk, and neo-psychedelia with elements of 60’s garage rock and roll, they create a sound uniquely their own. Known for dynamic live performances with roles shifting among members, TDC are building an ever-growing following in their new home of Germany. Their sound features ethereal and at times offensive guitars, reverb-soaked vocals, and industrial undercurrents.
Following their relocation to Berlin in 2022 and signing with Anomic Records, The Dharma Chain released their debut studio album, ‘NOWHERE’, on June 21, 2024, pushing genre boundaries and carving a distinct path forward.
Grote Geelstaart
While drummer Finley increases the tempo and the bass gets stuck on a droning subnote, vocalist Luuk jumps into the crowd. Grote Geelstaart puts the entire audience in a car and floors the gas pedal. The audience, however, does not yet know the noise-rock will suddenly veer left into a bewildering disco-beat. The car changes gear. Two drummers and a square synthwave fill the room. A riff on the edge of derailment kicks in and vocalists Finley and Luuk scream and whisper all sorts of absurdities. Grote Geelstaart is behind the wheel and nobody knows where they’re going.
Originally from Zeeland, the Netherlands, these five men, dressed in their Sunday best, have conquered many stages in the Netherlands the last couple of years. With support acts for Marathon, Iguana Death Cult, YHWH Nailgun, and RONKER, they have made themselves and their live-show known to their Dutch audience.
Zilveren Bruiloft
Rotterdam based band Zilveren Bruiloft is an avant-garde quartet inspired by various rock sub-genres. Garage rock guitar, rithmic bass, fierce & bombastic rock ‘n roll drums layered with cold vocals spewing existentialist poems combine to form a chaotic & danceable atmosphere. Inspired by bands such as The Birthday Party, Patti Smith,The Gun club & The Stooges.
