Yves Berendse
Yves Berendse has become a well-known voice in Dutch-language pop music. Growing up in Zandvoort, he discovered his love for music at a young age; at eighteen, he stepped up to the microphone for the first time during his own birthday party. What began as a spontaneous performance blossomed into a successful musical career. With hits such as 'Zin in jou', 'Lust,' 'Alleen met jou,' 'Nachtenlang,' and 'Verlangen,' he has a knack for both striking a sentimental chord and getting entire venues to sing along.
His national breakthrough arrived in 2024 with 'Terug in de Tijd', which became a massive hit, spending six consecutive weeks at number 1 on the Dutch Top 40. This success earned him several accolades, including an Edison Award and Buma Awards, as well as gold and platinum records. His album "Voor Altijd" also achieved diamond status.
In 2027, Yves Berendse will embark on a tour of Dutch clubs, accompanied by his own band. Expect an evening full of energy, his greatest hits, and a few musical surprises.
