Voku for the global Palestine benefit weekend

On the coming weekend 9.-11th of April we are organizing a global Palestine benefit day. We are collecting money for communites in Masafer Yata, which is a collection of 19 villages in the West Bank, south of Hebron. These villages get constantly attacked by settlers and army, and as we see every day more people attacked, villages burnt and people being left with nothing, the situation is clearly getting worse and worse and we see it as an emergency to collect as much money as possible so those communites are able to recover and rebuild what is taken from them by the Israeli occupation. Our idea was to contact people who organize events in as many cities as possible and have them create any sort of benefit event that they see fitting for the cause (gig, soli party, soli dinner etc). we will create a flyer that contains every city where the events take place to hopefully recieve more attention to the events. The money will be taken by us physically to the West Bank.

Amsterdam is going to be joining this weekend with a Classic Voku at Joe's Garage on the 9th so this week Thursday! So come eat delicious vegan food for a very urgent cause <3 After food there will also be a talk or maybe even a discussion about the topic so feel free to join just for that aswell!
