BEKS
Raised in a small country town in Queensland, BEKS wrote her first song while still in primary school and has spent the years since chasing music around the world. From performing on the country music circuit and fronting an all-female punk band, to touring with The Darkness, Amyl and The Sniffers and DZ Deathrays, her path has never followed a straight line.

That journey eventually led her into electronic music, where years of songwriting sessions across Europe, the UK and the US helped shape the artist she is today. Blending the energy of rock, the immediacy of pop and the freedom of dance music, BEKS has built a catalogue that spans genres while remaining unmistakably her own.

When nocturnal desires begin to stir, and escapades are near, Graaf Drankula emerges onto the stage. The original underground dandy, the Count fills the dancefloor with intense queer love beats, fierce wave, and filthy top hits. Carefree yet manic, he takes you on a homo-eclectic journey, seamlessly floating with grace between eras and genres.

Count Drankula is the flamboyant alter ego of Jordi Ariza Gallego, a notorious bon vivant from the Amsterdam queer scene, with decades of experience organizing infamous queer nights and slightly hysterical pop-culture parties. By daylight, he is the curator of Sociëteit SEXYLAND, a conceptual club where experimentation and the courage to dare, to fail, are central. With the mindset of always connecting (sub)culture, art and other expressions of enthusiasm, across all layers of society. Solidarity and radical heterogeneity form the foundation; unexpected encounters are the result.
