The Bug Club

Prolific indie band from Wales creates quirky garage pop

The charmingly named The Bug Club from Wales is a close-knit group of friends who make music with a focus on telling everyday stories. The band, which formed in 2016, have agreed amongst themselves that their songs needn’t last longer than two minutes. That promise holds true on their most recent album, ‘Every Single Muscle’, too. It is their most punk-inspired work to date and features no fewer than eighteen twee-pop and post-punk tracks, packed with plenty of guitar riffs and existential humour.
