The so called Son Huasteco or Huapango, is warm and joyful music, played and sang by the three huapangueros: César Puente on jarana (5 strings guitar), Fátima Hernández on the Violin and Pablo Suaste on Guitarra Huapanguera (8 strings guitar). The trio combines poetry, improvisation and dance into colorful songs.
