Roadworkz

My name is Carlota, I am a 27 yo portuguese girl who moved to the Netherlands two years ago and fell in love with Noord from the first moment I saw it.  In the time I lived here I have biked many times through De Tanker and always thought  "What a cool place this is, it would be so nice do make something fun and creative here".  I am a IT consultant by profession but a music lover by heart, over the past years I have tried out new things including Djing and, like Noord, it was love at first sight. After business hours I spend a lot of my time searching for new sounds and trying to find myself in them, I have been lucky to find a small group of like minded people who also happen to share the same affinity for music and for Noord. We then decided to create a small collective where we are able to express ourselves through music. Eventually our group had some additions of people who were creative in other ways, photography and video, and we have created a nice small community between us.  This is why I am reaching out to you, we would love to have the opportunity to celebrate this collective at De Tanker and collaborate together in our first joint project where we plan to combine all our passions, some people will play vinyl, other digital music, while others will film and photograph.  We are then interested in knowing if this creative initiative could have a place in your agenda. It would be a private event with a small group of people who are brought together to collaborate in one project that will mark the launch of our collective.
