Queer & Price: Queering the Fair Practice Code

The programme consists of three parts: a lecture featuring experts on the Fair Practice Code, a film screening followed by a discussion on the underpayment of queer individuals and a lunch featuring spoken word performances and personal stories.
Visitors are invited to join the conversation, ask questions, and share their experiences around fair compensation, contributing, and setting boundaries. Throughout all parts of the program, community, recognition and safety are central. Through dialogue, performances and food, the conference aims to build awareness, solidarity and a culture in which saying ‘no’ is recognised as valuable.
