Parviz
Parviz’s self-titled debut album is slated for 2026, evoking the spirit of Iran’s pre-revolutionary ’70s music scene. Lead single “Azadeh” — a female given name meaning free spirit & independence — nods to the “Woman Life Freedom” movement and the recent mass uprisings in Iran, with the artwork by Rana Fadavi emphasising their urgency. Its follow-up “Sappho’s Fragments” has aired on BBC Radio 6 and totalled more than half a million streams since its release.
Flowery, kaleidoscopic and contemplative, it’s like an old taping of Iran’s beloved music show Rangarang brought back to life — with added DIY aesthetics and a certain indie flair. Fierce psychedelic guitars and flowing detuned synths infuse each track with emotion and nostalgia, resulting in a debut that’s both rooted in Persian culture and distinctly modern.
After a successful UK tour earlier this year that included 5 sold-out shows, Parviz will be back for the second leg of his Khorshid Khanoom Tour.

Helmar
Helmar is the new project of Berlin-based artist Marieke Helmke. Finding the incomprehensible in the every day, Helmar’s music blends the groovy with the dreamy and wraps around you like a cocoon. ‘Where do we go from here’, their debut album, introduces Helmar’s warm and gentle sound and sets the stage for what’s to come
