US based composer and synthesist Kari Watson and Utrecht based cellist Laurence Gaudreau come together for an evening of sonic/visual reflections. The two improvise short song style sets that are interspersed with mutually composed and collected field recordings, coupled with projections that tie together quotidian imagery from both Kari's life in Chicago and from Laurence's life in Utrecht. The evening acts as a kind of dialogue on correspondence, on the practice of staying connected, staying in touch.
