Osees

Osees
Frantic rock machine

The number of bands, records and productions to John Dwyer's credit has taken on mythical proportions. His absolute showpiece remains 'his' Thee Oh Sees, now spelled Osees. After many lineup changes, Dwyer has now spent several years with the winning combination: Dan Rincon and Paul Quattrone as the driving, tightly synced drum duo, Tim Hellman on bass, Tomas Dolas on keys, and the manic John on guitar and synths. For this tour, an old familiar face is being added to the mix: Brigid Dawson. As the singer and keyboardist of the original Thee Oh Sees lineup, she's a trusted extra source of energy on stage (if such a thing is even possible). On the new album Dawson provides the vocals, and live she reclaims her familiar spot behind the keys and tambourine.

Since the band's founding in San Francisco in 1997, more than thirty albums have been released, and countless tours have taken them everywhere from dilapidated squats to the biggest festivals. In 2026 came their latest feat, 'OFF COURSE' — the result of what Dwyer simply describes as: "We jammed and jammed and jammed."
