Open dialogue on climate change - Changing the narrative of sustainability in fashion
We are excited to invite you to our Climate Change Dialogue event, in collaboration with the Open Dialogue International Foundation, where we aim to make a significant difference in drawing actionable conclusions on sustainability in fashion across the globe and in the Netherlands.
This event focuses on the narrative and issues of sustainability within the fashion industry across the globe and in the Netherlands, discussing environmental (textile dumps, CO2 emissions), social (climate justice, activism, local initiatives), economic (circular textile value chains) and political (policies, regulations) aspects of the issue. Together we will discuss further solutions, new focus points and what local action we can take in the Netherlands to make a change.
Theme: Changing the narrative of sustainability in fashion
Event highlights:
- Open dialogue: engage in interactive workshops and meaningful discussions that contribute to a more sustainable fashion industry in the world and in the Netherlands, with guest speakers to stimulate discussion and explore new perspectives
- Policy report: contribute output for the national policy document and COP30 youth report
- Network: meet various organisations, activists and other enthusiasts in the climate space in the Netherlands
Everyone from all backgrounds of knowledge are welcome, this is an event where we want to learn and hear from all perspectives!
