Lawrence Hart - ADE
UK-based DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist Lawrence Hart has developed a sound that ranges from vulnerable to raw, positioning his music somewhere between Burial’s R&B samples and the euphoria of Fred Again.
His debut LP ‘Come In Out Of The Rain’ has brought him to the attention of a wider audience; he has also provided remixes for artists including Foals, Will Clarke and Black Box, and collaborated with fellow musicians George Fitzgerald and Alan Fitzpatrick.
Lawrence Hart’s live show showcases the depth of his studio productions, which he reactivates and manipulates on stage. He plays the trumpet, routing the sound through a modular synthesiser and gradually adding layers of synths. He has performed his live show at venues such as the Panorama Bar at Berghain, La Cattedrale Elettronica in Italy, and Corsica Studios and Oslo in London.
