Kadavar

From the streets of Berlin, Kadavar keep the spirit of the 1970s alive, channeling the sounds of Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Hawkwind. The band, now a four-piece, has built a formidable reputation over the years. Since their debut in 2012, they have released multiple albums, delivered a memorable performance at Roadburn, and toured alongside the likes of Saint Vitus, Pentagram, Electric Wizard and Blues Pills.

2025 may well have been the most productive year in Kadavar’s career. Following the release of studio album 'K.A.D.A.V.A.R', the band quickly returned with 'I Just Want To Be A Sound'. Across both records, Kadavar once again combines crushing riffs with the psychedelic atmosphere that defined its earlier work. The result is music that sounds angrier, heavier and more aggressive than ever before. This autumn, the band brings these  songs to Melkweg, joined by support act Scott Hepple & The Sun Band.
