Hot Mulligan has been serving up energetic pop punk with emo influences since 2014. In 2024, the band became complete with the addition of bassist Jonah Kramer. Now, their first album as a five-piece is here: the well-received ‘The Sound A Body Makes When It’s Still’. Don’t be fooled by their playful energy and quirky song titles—this band dives into serious themes like mental health and the search for stability. With humor, they manage to keep heavy topics light while writing this record. After their most recent tour with Pierce The Veil, where they played AFAS, they’re coming back to Amsterdam this spring for their own headline show at Melkweg.
