Eve

Eve is part of a new generation of strong and talented female MCs who broke through the rap scene in the late ’90s. As a member of the Ruff Ryders crew, she had a raw style and was known as a confident, no-nonsense rapper who could hold her own against anyone on the mic. In this way, she achieved success on her own terms.

Her second album Scorpion (2001) went platinum and marked her international breakthrough. Hit singles such as “Who’s That Girl?” and “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” are still considered defining classics of the era. The latter, in collaboration with Gwen Stefani, won a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration in 2002.

This year, Scorpion turns 25. What better way to celebrate than with a tour?
