Last April, we had an exchange with Turbina Budapest, a vibrant arts and community hub in the heart of the city’s eighth district. We felt it was time to bring back one of their residents, Manek, who played a beautiful set back then and link him up with one of our familiars, Eileen. She’s graced our basement many times with the deepest jams in town. From soulful cuts to New York house, from Motown disco to Chicago jackers, she knows exactly how to lay them down. Two artists who know all about ‘Rockin’ Down the House.
