Discussion disability access and Anti-Ableism in the Binnenpret and the AGA.
The AGA would like to make the Binnenpret and the AGA projects more accessible to those with disabilities or chronic illnesses, and we would like your input!
We especially welcome the view of people that have faced difficulties with accessing the Binnenpret and/or joining AGA activities due to a disability or chronic illness.

Topics:
– What accessibility issues are there?
– What are possible accommodations and/or solutions?
– Current renovations, and the accessible toilets.

When: Tuesday September 30th from 19:00 to 22:00

Where: OCCII Amstelveenseweg 134, Amsterdam

Accessibility:

This discussion will be held at the OCCII, which is fully wheelchair accessible, and has an accessible toilet. There will also be the option to join digitally for those who won’t be able to join in person. The discussion will be held in English, but a whisper-translation will be available on location.

Discussieavond toegankelijkheid en anti-ableism bij de Binnenpret en de AGA

De AGA wil de Binnenpret en AGA toegankelijker maken voor iedereen met een handicap of chronische ziekte. En daar willen wij jou input in! Hierbij wordt uiteraard extra waarde gehecht aan de perspectieven van mensen die toegankelijkheidsproblemen hebben ervaren bij de Binnenpret en/of AGA projecten vanwege een handicap of chronische ziekte.

Onderwerpen:
– Welke toegankelijkheidsproblemen zijn er?
– Welke aanpassingen en accommodaties kunnen hierin helpen?
– Huidig renovaties van de Binnenpret, en de toegankelijke toiletten.

Wanneer: Dinsdag 30 september van 19:00 tot 22:00
Waar: OCCII Amstelveenseweg,134 Amsterdam.

Toegankelijkheid:

De discussieavond wordt gehouden bij de OCCII, gezien deze locatie volledig rolstoeltoegankelijk is en een gehandicapte toilet heeft. Daarnaast is er de optie om online aan te sluiten als het niet mogelijk voor je is om naar de locatie te komen. De discussie zal in het Engels gehouden worden, maar er zal een fluistertolk op locatie aanwezig zijn.
