Crème Brüllée

Crème Brüllée is an international funk-fusion trio born in 2024 in the cultural crossroads of Amsterdam. The group unites three musicians from across Europe: Jibril Coni from France on guitar, Márton Zsiborás from Hungary on bass, and Paul Jakob Brüllmann from Germany on drums.
Rooted in spontaneous creation and deep musical chemistry, Crème Brüllée channels the energy of funk, the freedom of jazz, and the grit of fusion into high-voltage live performances. Their sets are built on improvisation, interaction, and groove — no two shows are ever the same. Rather than writing fixed compositions, the trio thrives on the moment, crafting extended jams and musical dialogues that evolve in real time.
Their sound is bold, unpredictable, and deeply rhythmic — a shared language forged on stage, night after night. Crème Brüllée isn’t just a band; it’s a living experiment in musical connection, driven by instinct, trust, and the pure joy of playing together.
