The light is returning. Wild garlic is in full bloom again, and perhaps you notice that something in you wants to move too. New energy, old layers coming loose, desires wanting to sprout.

Especially in this season of stirring and growth, your breath is your anchor. Conscious connected breathing helps you land in your body. To feel what wants to sprout, and to give it solid ground. So that what wants to grow can truly take root. Come breathe together in a warm, safe circle.

You are warmly invited to this 2 hour connected breath session at De Ceuvel. After half an hour of bodywork and meditation, we begin with connected breathing at your own pace. For about 50 minutes, you will breathe fully in and relax your breath out through your mouth.

A connected breath session is suitable for anyone longing for:

  • stress reduction
  • inner peace and focus
  • feeling better in your body
  • a sense of openness and peace
  • better sleep and improved digestion
  • a deeper connection with yourself

And there are many more benefits...

About Gabriela Hengevel

Gabriela is a breathwork coach and documentary portrait photographer from Amsterdam. She brings the observing role from photography into her guidance of both group sessions and one-on-one breathwork sessions.

As a participant, you can feel assured that your breathing pattern is seen and acknowledged, and that you are invited back to the places you may have moved away from. With gentle attention, she creates safe spaces where you are welcome to discover, feel and come home to your own body.

Please note: If you use certain medication, or have diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, heart problems or a vulnerable pregnancy, it is advised to seek medical advice first.
