The trees let go of what no longer nourishes them. Beneath the ground they remain connected — through an invisible fungal network that shares and carries nutrients. That is how we breathe together as well. After a summer of doing, autumn invites us to turn inward. In this connected breathwork session — accompanied by singing bowls and drum by Nousha — we move from doing to being. Connected breathing helps us feel better, and in doing so — just like the leaves — let go of what no longer fits.

About Gabriela Hengevel

Gabriela is a Breathwork coach and documentary portrait photographer from Amsterdam, with a workspace at De Ceuvel. She brings the observant role from her photography into guiding both group sessions and 1-on-1 breathwork sessions.

As a participant, you can be assured that your breathing pattern is seen & recognized, and that you are invited back to where you may have strayed. With gentle attention, she creates safe spaces where you can explore, feel, and come home to your own body.
