Spring is in the air. Do you feel space to slowly awaken and turn outward a little more?

You are very welcome to join this 2 hour connected breath session at De Ceuvel. After half an hour of bodywork and meditation, we begin connected breathing at your own pace. For about 50 minutes, you breathe fully in and softly out through your mouth.

Where your breath gets stuck, I gently invite you to make space again. This allows stuck energy to start flowing once more. Through conscious, connected breathing, the body is given space to release stored emotions, tension, and old patterns. It creates more flow. Through our breath, sound, and subtle movement, stuck energy can gently be released. Your stress level lowers, allowing you to come closer to yourself, with more love, vitality, and presence. A conscious connected breath session is different every time. Curious to discover it, or to experience it again?

About Gabriela Hengevel

Gabriela is a breathwork coach and documentary portrait photographer from Amsterdam. She brings the observant role she knows from photography into the guidance of both group sessions and one on one breath sessions.

As a participant, you can trust that your breathing pattern will be seen & acknowledged, and that you will be gently invited back to the places where you have drifted away. With soft attention, she creates safe spaces in which you can explore, feel, and come home to your own body.

Please note: if you use certain medication, or have diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, heart problems, or a vulnerable pregnancy, it is advised to seek medical advice first.
