Bartofso 'Le Tour de Masque'
Rapper from The Hague releases new trap album

Bartofso, also known as Akkabouz, has become one of the most recognisable voices in Dutch hip-hop. The Hague-based rapper is known for his fluid mix of languages and flows, through which he has developed his own instantly recognisable sound. His breakthrough came in 2017 with ‘Quote 500’, featuring Mula B and LouiVos. Since then, albums such as ‘Goeie Tijden Akkabouz’ and ‘Majin Bouz’, and tracks like ‘RS’, ‘Extreem’ and ‘50 Cent’ have become crowd favourites with millions of streams. He also impresses live, with shows at Lowlands, Appelsap and Parkpop, and a sold-out night at PIP The Hague.

Today, Bartofso continues to reinvent himself, without losing sight of his roots. With a contract at Top Notch and his signature mask, he is forging a new path. On his recent album ‘LE MASQUE’, he explores a broader sound, with more layers and experimentation, and takes his signature Hague trap to the next level. The project showcases an artist who is growing, daring to take risks and becoming increasingly sharp.
