Garden walk :
“Garden Walk is an international emo-shoegaze band with sad yet catchy songs shaped by themes such as war, immigration, mental health, and heartbreak. By combining emo songwriting with shoegaze textures, the band moves between vulnerability and sound, effortlessly switching between quiet, personal moments and heavier, more immersive soundscapes.”

Ontstaan uit onvrede met de verrechtsing van onze samenleving, het gebrek aan empathie, de afbraak van vrouwen- en LHBTQ+ rechten, de ontkenning van feiten en de teloorgang van ons milieu. In 2024 vonden leden van Antillectual, Smash The Statues, Sweet Empire en Classic You elkaar om een potje compromisloze herrie te maken. Slijk Der Aarde vindt inspiratie in D-beat- hardcore - crust en punk . In een kort tijdbestek vuren ze urgente nummers vol venijn, verzet en bovendien linkse ideeën op je af. Gooi je vuist in de lucht! Weg met de neo-liberale politiek! Weg met de grenzen! En lees godverdomme eens een boek!
