Tasting with Tulip Bulbs by Susan Kooi – In a continuation of her earlier project Tulpengulden with Masatoshi Noguchi, Susan Kooi prepares food and drinks using tulip bulbs—once symbols of speculative wealth, later eaten out of necessity during the Hunger Winter. This tasting reflects on histories of survival and the shifting meanings we attach to what we consume.
