𝗣𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝘂 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼 @pietducongo
Piet du Congo is a disorderly fake. For 20 years he has been revisiting, digesting, pasting, and deconstructing the codes of popular movement imagery, ranging from 8-bit graphics to religious icons, from propaganda posters to classical figures, including outsider art and medieval art. Through the different media he explores—DJing, VJing, tattooing, installation, concert organization, drawing, and painting—he attempts to communicate the pleasure of experimentation, the mash-up inherited from breakcore and collage, all in a 'do it yourself' spirit. A way to feed and support a popular counter-culture that itself has nourished Piet.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗸𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻 @proskurink
This work drags identities out of the back of the mind—uninvited, unformed, and hostile.
They are not metaphors. They are screams that never made it out.
What surfaces here is the stuff you keep buried on purpose:
distorted figures, compulsions, impulses that rot in the dark.
Not symbols—residues.
These are the presences you avoid naming.
The ones that wait underneath language, underneath control.
The ones you would rather never meet.
This installation forces them outward.
Not to understand them. Not to heal them.
But to make them exist in the open, where they become impossible to ignore.
A scraping at the sealed corners of the mind—
until something answers back.

Bugs have surfaced from the stream - relics of long digested biomechanical waste. They now begin to undermine the too-taut weave, by threading loose knots and hollows dots.
