Using her body as a medium for exploration\, she unveils the\nunderlying mechanisms that shape our daily lives while questioning societal\nnorms in our daily routi nes. The visceral nature of her work reflects a\ndeep-seated desire for un derstanding through the embodiment of feelings\,\nvulnerabilities\, flesh\ , and blood. Ros bleeds\, breathes\, wonders—an artist\nnavigating the com plex terrain of existence through her art.\n\nFARZANÉ (Farzaneh Nouri)\, a n Iranian sound artist\, creative coder\, and\nresearcher based in the Net herlands\, works at the intersection of experimental\nmusic and computer s cience. Her ongoing practice-based research focuses on\nembodied knowledge in human-computer free improvisation. Embracing AI’s\nfundamental otherne ss while establishing relational connections\, her practice\naims at creat ing tension and aesthetic discovery between artist and machine.\n\nCARMEN JACI is a French-Canadian experimental music producer currently based in\n the Netherlands. Carmen uses hybrid sounds that merge acoustic instruments with\nsynthesizers and vocal recordings. She constructs a unique sound la nguage\,\nemploying a range of classical and electronic styles in a polish ed production\nreminiscent of pop music\, whilst retaining a subtly humoro us tone. As described\nby Musicworks magazine: “Although the music moves t hrough countless changes … it\ndoesn’t sound disjointed. In this special nig ht LOKAAL, Tell Me More, Jochem van Tol and Amsterdam Dance Events Arts & Cultur e team up to present an event of adventurous audio explorations and pe rformance art.

HORST RICKELS has been a leading fig ure in theater since the 1970s, composing and formulating new principles f or multimedia performances and sound design, as well as writing prize-winn ing music for ballet and film. An important aspect of his research is the study of special qualities of sound in relation to the natural and artific ial environment. He has participated in many projects that aim to transfor m locations into soundscapes.

GIULIA PRINCIPE is an Italian multimedia artist and material researcher based in Amsterdam, who creates cross-disciplinary work on perception, science and ecology. Her w ork questions the edge of reality through interactive installations, photo graphs, and science-based processes. With a background in filmmaking, phot ography and digital imaging, she currently works as Head of Game and VFX d epartment at SAE Institute Netherlands, while working on her research proj ects in Amsterdam.

LISETTE ROS is a Dutch conceptua l and performance artist whose work delves into the intricate interplay be tween society, (queer) identity, and the human experience. Using her body as a medium for exploration, she unveils the underlying mechanisms that sh ape our daily lives while questioning societal norms in our daily routines . The visceral nature of her work reflects a deep-seated desire for unders tanding through the embodiment of feelings, vulnerabilities, flesh, and bl ood. Ros bleeds, breathes, wonders—an artist navigating the complex terrai n of existence through her art.

FARZANÉ (Farzaneh N ouri), an Iranian sound artist, creative coder, and researcher based in th e Netherlands, works at the intersection of experimental music and compute r science. Her ongoing practice-based research focuses on embodied knowled ge in human-computer free improvisation. Embracing AI’s fundamental othern ess while establishing relational connections, her practice aims at creati ng tension and aesthetic discovery between artist and machine.
