	in forces for a full day\nprogram for young and old\, familiar faces and n
	ew friends\, for the yearly BLOCK\nPARTY!\n\n13:00 – 16:30 > Workshops\n\n
	We start the day in the Bajestuin (garden) and the new makers’ space of GR
	OND\,\nfor an ongoing workshop afternoon. We will make paper\, host a work
	shop for kids\,\nlearn about compost\, fermentation\, pruning and cuttings
	\, and experience what the\ngarden and makers space becomes when many diff
	erent hands\, materials\, ages\,\nskills\, and stories meet. (Keep an eye 
	on the website for more workshops that\nmight be added).\n\n15:00 – 23:00\
	n\nDuring the afternoon you can also join the ping-pong competition\, foll
	owing the\nstart of the traditional Block Party\, a yearly festival in whi
	ch Bajesdorp\ninvites musicians\, dj’s\, chefs. Since the opening of the n
	ew building\, we are\nslowly bringing back this yearly tradition.\n\nOur h
	eadliner is the Fanfare van de Eerste Liefdesnacht\, a joyful brass band\n
	that turns every performance into a high-energy street celebration. The pr
	ogram\nincludes performances on our outdoor stage and in the black box of 
	GROND. This\nyear you can learn more about AfroFuturism. Dinner is served 
	by chef Mohamed\nand\, just like last year\, we will be back with our outd
