Zeno

Zeno translates everyday life into relatable scenes, using hip-hop as his guiding thread and drawing on influences from various genres. Following the release of several projects, including his debut album ‘Aan De Rand Van Het Ravijn Bloeien De Mooiste Bloemen’ (The Most Beautiful Flowers Bloom on the Edge of the Ravine), which was described by Het Parool as “a beautiful, melancholic record that far more people should hear”, Zeno finds himself in his self-proclaimed ‘quarter-life era’. With his visually poetic writing style and self-reflective songs, he takes you on a journey through themes such as the search for direction, romance and coming of age.

That journey enters a new chapter on his upcoming album, due for release in November. Zeno writes about being young, growing older and everything he encounters along the way. He describes the feeling that arises when you look back on certain periods, people and moments, and the realisation that what feels ordinary now may one day be a memory.
