Yoga Workshop

The theme is Revolve to Evolve.

The workshop approaches classical yoga from the perspective of turning and explores its transformative effects.

This workshop is for all levels. Everyone is welcome.

The rhythm of the workshop strikes a balance between and energizing and quiet, playful and deeply focused practice.

Please note that there is road construction at our building, and there is no bike parking available. Make sure to plan some extra time for your arrival:) The construciton will be ongoing until November (:(

Doors open at 9:45 a.m.

Workshop begins on time at 10:00.
