Workshop: Music is Medicine with Poranguí

Discover the first and most fascinating instrument you own: your own body. Led by percussionist, musician and healer Poranguí, you’ll dive into rhythm, voice and movement together in a circle. No experience needed, everyone is welcome. You’ll sing, drum and move alongside the rest of the group. You’ll walk out feeling energised and well connected.

Poranguí is a “world soul” artist, live looping musician and one-man orchestra. He grew up in Brazil, Mexico and the US, studied ethnomusicology at Duke University, and has worked with the power of sound and movement for over 25 years.
