Currently, students from Cluj-Napoca are undergoing talks with the Center for International Cooperations at Babes-Boyay University to help Bilal move to Romania. The situation remains up in the air as the university suggested a long and exhausting route of bureacractic madness and translations of documents in Romanian, stating at the same time that the so called Ministry suggest to universities not accept students from "war-zones".
