Voices of Resilience: ‘Stories of Suicide Prevention and Hope’

Ready for some real safe talk wrapped in good vibes? At Voices of Resilience, we’re sharing honest, powerful stories about mental health – think moments of struggle, hope, and everything in-between. Expect inspiring tales, expert tips from mental health pros, and plenty of chances to jump into the conversation (yes, even anonymously if you prefer!). Whether you’ve got your own story or just want to listen and learn, this is your space to connect, reflect, and maybe even laugh a little. Come for the stories, stay for the healing – and leave feeling a little lighter and a lot more understood.

On July 17th, we kick off the series with “Breaking the Silence: Stories of Suicide Prevention and Hope.” We’ll dive deep into this important topic with courage, heart, and a touch of humor. Hosted by storyteller and stand-up comedian Luana Matei, with special guests including musicians, neuroscientists, storytellers, and yourselves! Everyone’s invited. Save the date!
