Workshop Cyano
Discover the beautiful world of cyanotype, also known as the “blueprint” technique — a surprising process that blurs the line between photography and printmaking. In this relaxed and playful workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own light-sensitive surface and make stunning blue prints of your own design.
We’ll work on paper to create familiar faces, shapes, or playful characters. By exposing objects, feathers, plants, negatives, or tape to light, you’ll produce unique prints to take home. Want to make your own T-shirt? Pre-treated shirts will be available for purchase so you can leave with a one-of-a-kind design!
After this session, you’ll not only understand the basics of the cyanotype process, but you’ll also receive a cyanotype mix to continue experimenting at home. You’ll leave with about four prints (A5 size) — ready to show off your creations.

What to bring:
If you have flat objects with interesting shapes or transparency — feel free to bring them along! We’ll provide plenty of basic materials.
Aan het eind ga je naar huis met je eigen experimenten en 4 prachtige afdrukken op A5-formaat
