The Tunnel of Hope: Living, healing & creating meaning when the body breaks
What happens when life collapses, then continues anyway? A shared ceremony of presence with readings, a short film and moments of stillness

Written in the aftermath of a life-altering diagnosis, The Tunnel of Hope traces a human journey through illness, burnout, identity loss and unexpected renewal, from hospitals and therapy rooms to basketball courts, classrooms and moments of stillness. With this book, Florent Coudyser explores what it means to live when certainty disappears and the body becomes unfamiliar territory.
