The Horse Company

One of the best-kept indie secrets from Zwolle, The Horse Company consists of Arjen and Vincent Hilberdink, Geert Bos, and Jeroen Hobert. From their boisterous debut in 2007 to their unexpectedly dark farewell with the album Calypso in 2012, The Horse Company established itself as a true indie darling among the press, fellow musicians, and tastemakers within the Dutch music landscape.

Their new album, ever, set for release on November 6, 2026, is, much like the band’s earlier work, packed with underlying tension and beautiful melodies. In June, the band broke a 14-year silence with the release of Out Of Touch, a single featuring melodies that truly get under your skin.
