The Alchemist

One of the most revered and prolific rap producers of his generation, the Alchemist crafts sample-heavy, tough, yet detailed beats suffused with soul. After moving to New York, he gained recognition producing for Mobb Deep and went on to work with major artists including Nas, Ghostface Killah, Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, and Eminem, whose official DJ he became in 2005.

He is especially known for collaborative albums with Prodigy, Curren$y, Freddie Gibbs, Roc Marciano, Larry June, Earl Sweatshirt, and Armand Hammer. Notable projects include Alfredo (2020), The Great Escape (2023), Life Is Beautiful (2025), and Alfredo 2 (2025).
