Taste Before You Waste Food Rescue Hospital

Join us at the Food Rescue Hospital!

Packed with some bakfiets and ready to transform the food industry, Taste Before You Waste and De Sering are joining forces to establish Amsterdam’s first Food Rescue Hospital.

We save food before it goes to the landfills and do what we do best: turn it into valuable, tasty, long-lasting ingredients.

And what’s best? We will do it together! You are welcome to join us from 13:00 until 15:00 at De Sering each Saturday for our free workshops. We will get crafty and creative through various preservation techniques - think fermentation and pickling.

Workshops run from November 1st until March 2026.
