ShitKid

ShitKid is the project of Åsa Söderqvist, originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, where she moved after high school to start a feminist punk band. Under the name ShitKid, she has since created a mix of dreamy weirdo pop, raw punk, and poppunk, influenced by bands like Green Day and Good Charlotte. In 2026, Söderqvist celebrates ShitKid’s tenth anniversary with two new compilation albums: 'The Essential Vol. 1' and 'The Essential Vol. 2', which respectively bundle the energetic rock tracks and the melancholic ballads.
