Roda de Choro by Elizabeth Fadel Daniel Montes & Guests

Dutch below Once a month we organise this Brazilian roda (roundtable), where musicians familiar with choro can participate. Choro is a Brazilian music style from Rio de Janeiro, from the 19th century. It mixes classical music like polca and march, with African rhythms like lundu and maxixe. The combination makes people smile and even dance. NED Eén keer per maand organiseren wij deze Braziliaanse roda (roundtable), waar muzikanten die bekend zijn met choro aan kunnen deelnemen.
